Our time at the 2025 GolfCarting Expo & Dealer Summit in Charleston, South Carolina, was an absolute landmark experience for our team. Held from October 8–11 at the Charleston Area Convention Center, this inaugural event felt like a long-overdue homecoming for the industry. Transitioning away from being a “side note” at general outdoor shows, this expo provided a dedicated 15,000-square-foot platform where the focus remained squarely on the innovation and community that drive the golf cart world.
One of the coolest parts for us was finally getting to see a bunch of carts and products in person that we’ve only ever seen online. The Navitas booth had some awesome builds on display, and the carts from Golf Carts Modified and Angry Goat Custom Carts were even better up close. You can scroll through Facebook photos all day, but seeing the real craftsmanship right in front of you hits completely different. It was worth the trip just for that.
A major highlight of the trip was the opportunity to reconnect and collaborate with our premier vendors, whose technology continues to redefine what a golf cart can do. Spending time with the teams from Bolt Energy and Eco Battery allowed us to see their latest lithium advancements firsthand. Great to see the new Ecosystem from Eco Battery and how that will land in the market. These partnerships are the backbone of our business, and seeing their commitment to performance and safety reinforces why we trust them to power our customers’ rides.
We also had a fantastic time catching up with the innovators at Navitas and Epoch Batteries. Navitas continues to set the standard for high-performance controllers and chassis, while Epoch’s integration of smart BMS technology remains a game-changer for reliability. These face-to-face meetings are invaluable; they give us the technical insights and “under-the-hood” knowledge we need to provide the best possible service and upgrades back at our shop.

Beyond the vendor booths, the “Dealer Summit” portion of the event was incredibly productive. We attended several expert-led sessions that dove deep into the future of the LSV (Low-Speed Vehicle) market, digital marketing strategies, and the evolving landscape of battery maintenance. It wasn’t just about the hardware; it was about sharpening our business operations to better serve our local community in an increasingly high-tech industry.
Networking with fellow dealers from across the country was another high point. Despite the rainy weather outside, the energy inside the convention center was electric. Sharing stories, discussing common challenges, and celebrating our shared successes with other dealership owners reminded us of the passion that fuels this industry. From the VIP welcome party to the informal chats on the expo floor, the sense of camaraderie was unmistakable. The expo was certainly catered to the golf cart loving market.
We left Charleston feeling inspired and more equipped than ever to take our dealership to the next level. The inaugural expo proved that the golf cart industry is growing at an incredible pace, and we are proud to be at the forefront of that movement alongside such world-class partners. We are already looking forward to returning to Charleston for the 2026 show to see how much further we’ve all come.
Swing on by and check out our booth (November 29th, 2025), we’ll be showing off the new Eco Batteries, LED lighting set-ups, Golf Cart accessories and more…
