Pre-Owned Screening Process

To ensure the best possible experience for our customers, we conduct this pre-screening process before selling any used golf carts. If you’re looking at purchasing a used cart, or even just recently purchased a used cart, we highly recommend looking over this screening list to ensure the proper function and longevity of your golf cart.

General Performance Inspection

  • Does the cart reach intended speed benchmarks?
  • Is there any unexpected noises or bumps?
  • With the steering wheel straightened out, does the cart drive straight?

Mechanical Inspection

  • Are lug nuts, bolts and other parts tightened to the correct torque settings?
  • Is the PSI in your tires set to the correct pressure?

Visual Inspection

  • What accessories does the cart currently have?
  • Is there any visible rust our marks on the frame of the cart?

Electrical / Battery Inspection

  • Does the charger work without any issues?
  • Are all lights (headlights and others) fully functional?
  • Are all electrical ports (USB chargers, etc..) working?
  • Does your battery recharge and discharge meet manufacturer recommendations?
  • Is al the battery wiring connected and sealed?
