Explanation of Labor Rates

Unless otherwise agreed upon, Best Battery charges a standard fee for the following services:

  • Onsite Diagnostics: $95/hr
  • Lead Acid Onsite Install:  Flat $350 Fee
  • Golf Cart Transportation: $95 + 10c/mile


These fees and prices are necessary for Best Battery to maintain our ability to provide flexible and on-demand services. 

Return Policy

Best Battery offers returns on orders within 90 Days of delivery, except for the following instances/circumstances:

  • Lithium Batteries are NOT eligible for return/cancelation after a label has been generated.
  • Motors and Controllers are NOT eligible for returns once they have been removed from their packaging.

 

If your order has been processed incorrectly or is defective in some fashion, Best Battery will take care of it and help with any warranty information required, just let us know! If you wish to return an item for any other reason, there may be a restocking fee of (up to) 20% of the product purchase price.

  • Details regarding website instances, which track page and product views, none of which are linked to any individuals personal information.
  • We also collect some third-party information through the use of advertising tools through Meta (Facebook) and Google. These third-party tools utilize “cookies” for advertising purposes.

Any and all information collected by Best Battery is used exclusively for the purposes of providing, improving and advertising our products and services. Activities your information is used for includes:
